Classes
Advanced yin yoga classes occur at Yin Yoga Space on Mondays at 8pm PST. A beginner friendly virtual class will be offered here in the near future.

Tending To The Heart is a practice of reflecting on our capacity for compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. Returning to this practice often is supportive in cultivating love for self and others.
Grounding Practice is for those needing space to recenter and come back to themselves at any time. The practice uses the breath as a tool for nurturing awareness, calmness, and peace.
